If you've got natural warmth, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for making people feel looked after, we want you on our front desk.As our Accommodation Receptionist, you'll run the guest journey from check-in to check-out — reservations, payments, requests, and everything in between — while keeping the front desk running like clockwork.
It's varied, it's fast-paced, and no two shifts look the same.Your Role:Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiencyHandle reservations across phone, email, online platforms and walk-insProcess payments, refunds and guest accounts accuratelyResolve guest requests and complaints on the spot — or escalates when neededKeep guest records and room allocations up to date, working closely with housekeepingLiaise across housekeeping, maintenance, F&B; and management to keep guests happyPromote our bistro, pizzeria, functions and local attractionsHandle daily admin: reports, reconciliations, shift handoversFollow hotel policies on privacy,
