Through advanced data analytics, you will help improve campaign performance, enhance supporter lifetime value, and contribute to the long-term strategic objectives of the fundraising department.This is an exciting permanent F/T chance based in Blackburn, Melbourne (with hybrid working arrangements) to influence strategic decision-making by turning complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that drive fundraising success.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract and analyse donor communication and fundraising data from multiple sourcesDeliver advanced analytics that highlight industry, market, supporter and campaign trends, identifying opportunities to improve performanceContribute to the design, implementation and testing of key data products, including: donor journey analysis, customer lifetime value modelling, behavioural and correlation modelling, next best decision modelling, ROI and marketing mix modelling and customer segmentation modelsSupport profiling, segmentation, targeting, productivity and profitability analysis of fundraising campaignsProvide competitive,
