Based in Croudace Bay, NSW, their well-resourced therapy centre is home to an experienced multidisciplinary team providing services across the lifespan. The centre offers a range of specialised programs and clinics, including early diagnosis services, custom wheelchair seating clinics, group therapy programs, school holiday programs, and community engagement initiatives.

About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary team in Wollongong. Part-time applicants are preferred; however, full-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
You will work with a diverse and rewarding caseload, supporting children and adults with a range of developmental, neurological, and physical disabilities. Approximately 80% of the local caseload consists of children under 14 years of age, with a strong focus on early intervention and disability services.
The role offers a combination of clinic-based and community-based work,
providing variety and flexibility while allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Current SPA membership
Current driver's licence
Access to a reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering high-quality, client-centred therapy services
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
