You'll act as a trusted advisor, using your HR expertise and business insight to deliver high-quality, proactive people solutions.This is a fantastic prospect where you will play a key role in implementing People & Culture initiatives, influencing outcomes, building capability, and help to create an exceptional team member experience.Please note that this is a 12-month maximum-term contract opportunity.A few of your responsibilitiesProvide leaders with generalist HR advice across performance, engagement, remuneration, and workforce mattersSupport on all employee lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with workplace legislation, policies, and best practiceContribute to the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and projects,
