As Campground Host Ranger, you'll provide an exceptional visitor experience to Fortescue Bay campground users.
Provide information to visitors about the campsite and recreational opportunities.
Provide timely and professional customer service through the management of campsite bookings, email enquiries and visitor communications.
Undertake compliance activities, including checking for campground and park entry fee passes.
Use the point of sale and cash handling systems to complete retail sales and collect fees.
Carry out routine servicing and cleaning of the campground.
This is a fixed-term position working ***** hours (minimum ***** hours, by negotiation) per fortnight for eight months at Fortescue Bay.
Our ideal candidate
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to engage with a variety of user groups.
Is proficient in computer and online booking systems.
Has knowledge of local parks and reserves.
Has excellent organisational skills.
Is well-versed in administrative procedures.
