Based in Sydney Metro and reporting to the Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting surgical procedures across our Hip and Knee portfolios,



working closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre teams to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDelivering high‐quality in‐theatre clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons, including in‐servicing, workshops, and education for hospital teamsDeveloping and maintaining strong professional relationships with Surgeons and theatre staff, identifying opportunities and referring leads to the Sales teamPartnering closely with Product Specialists to drive product uptake, supporting launches, demonstrations, evaluations, and rolloutsMaintaining exceptional clinical and product expertise through continuous learning, ensuring clinical excellence and a consistently high standard of customer experienceAbout YouTertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.), and confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environmentStrong communication, presentation and customer service skillsSelf-starter who is results driven and solutions focusedAutonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with positive time management skillsWhy Choose UsCompetitive remuneration packageContinuous training and supportAward-winning leadership development programsInclusive, flexible,

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
