The role involves welcoming and assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, guiding patients in choosing eyewear, and managing appointments.
You will also support the optometrist during consultations, maintain store displays and cleanliness, and assist with administrative tasks.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of eyewear and optometry services, with a keen interest in the optical industryAttention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyPrior retail, optical, or customer service experience is a plusTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and supportFlexibility to work on-site, including weekends as required
