The position is permanent full-time and reports to the Maintenance Manager working from our offices at Tullamarine & Hallam.You will have an opportunity to manage, mentor & coach a small team of Leading Hands (4-5) including overseeing the maintenance of current & existing parks, reserves, wetlands, streetscapes & new estate developments.
The successful applicant will have a high level of autonomy in this role and be experienced in all aspects of tree,



plant & turf maintenance including project auditing & reporting on high profile sites.ResponsibilitiesBe able to plan and schedule the daily jobs required onsite and delegate tasks to employeesAuditing and inspecting works under maintenance including reporting to clientsAttend routine onsite inspections with clients including PC & FC milestonesTraining and development of field staff in various maintenance tasks including reviewsFormative tree pruning to Australian standardsAdhering to OH&S; safety & qualityWhat is required from youA minimum of 5 years' experience or similar will be an advantage for this position.Current Victorian Driver's license - mandatoryWhite Card (Construction Industry) - mandatoryA horticulture or arboriculture certificate would be highly regardedAn excellent work ethic and mindsetWhat's in it for youGreat team environment and career opportunitieswithin the businessFully serviced vehicle, laptop and phone providedDynamic & flexible working environmentNot just a job but a CAREERApplicants may be required to undergo a Criminal History andreferencechecks.
