PRIMARY DETAILWe are seeking a highly qualified academic in Management to join the academic team of the Department of Management at Macquarie Business School.
This is a balanced teaching & research academic role which will combine elements of research, teaching, leadership and service.Salary Package: Level B ($127,138 - $150,425) plus 17% employer's superannuation, and annual leave loading.Appointment Type: Full-time (35 hours per week), continuing positionMacquarie University (North Ryde) locationThe RoleWe are currently seeking a qualified academic with scholarly expertise in one or more of the following areas: Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Project Management, Digital innovation.Successful applicants will be expected to make a strong contribution to research and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
You will be expected to produce high-quality research, publish in top tier journals (Australian Business Deans Council journal ranking A* and A) and actively contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the Department.

We are looking for academics to play a significant role in the development of the Department in this regard.Selection CriteriaPhD in Management;Excellent contributions to scholarship and research in the discipline as evidenced by recent publications in high-quality journals (listed in ABDC ranking as A* and A);High-quality research in entrepreneurship, strategy, digital innovation, operations, or project management;Ability to attract industry funding or competitive government funding;Capacity to undertake service in the Department and School;A record of high-quality teaching;Involvement in teaching programme management;High quality interpersonal and communication skills and a solid sense of professionalism and integrity related to all academic activities.
