About you
You have recently completed a relevant Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or are wanting to transition from a recruitment agency into an in-house HR team.
You are eager to start your career in HR and are looking for an entry-level position where you can gain hands on skills.
About the Role
This entry-level role supports the wider HR team and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and updating employee records
Supporting recruitment and onboarding of employees
Liaise with payroll for employee file updates
Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements




Assist with the delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Liaise with employees on internal and external training requirements
Relevant studies or 1-2 years' experience in HR related position
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to develop relationships across various levels of the business
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
