From assisting in coordinating dealer activity in Australia, sales administration, supporting operations, finance data entry, document management and supporting the engineering team with administration, you'll play a pivotal role in efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administration/executive assistance to the CEO and Operations Manager.Support the Australian BDM with dealer sales in Australia.Coordinate documentation, schedule meetings, and provide general administration assistance to the Perth based engineering team.Skills & ExperienceExperience in sales support, executive assistance, or business operations, ideally in a technical or fast-moving industry.Excellent organisation, communication,
