14 days on (days and nights), 14 offFly in Thursday morning, complete 7 day shifts, fly home Thursday, after 7 night shiftsFIFO available from Brisbane,



Townsville or Cairns via charter flight
The Role
Reporting to the Leading Hand on crew, you'll work alongside a team of experienced UG Shift Electricians, with duties including:
Fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairs on underground drills (Jumbos & Cablebolters)Jumbo box and punt starter installations****V and 11kV reticulationMaintenance, repairs and breakdowns on fans, pumps and ventsLeaky Feeder communications installs and maintenanceHV power supply, including substations and HV switching (where signed off)General power and lighting workStatutory work and auditingAutoMine setup, including level configuration and equipment installs
What You'll Bring
Underground experience isn't essential here, your trade background and heavy industrial exposure will carry you a long way.
You'll come with:
Cert III ElectrotechnologyMinimum 2 years post-trade experience in a heavy industrial environmentStrong team player who's also comfortable working autonomouslyAll-round trade ability and a knack for problem solvingA outstanding attitude toward safety, work and being part of a team
The Contract & Rates
Marble works closely with this contractor, supplying skilled tradespeople on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a genuine long-term opportunity, with transition to permanent after 6 swings.
Marble contract rate (paid weekly): $***** to $***** per hour plus super, depending on experiencePermanent client rate: $***** per hour plus super, with regular pay reviews
