truck and machinery parts.Assist customers both in person and over the phone.Supply parts to our workshop technicians.Process customer orders and supplier purchases.Receive and unpack stock deliveries.Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktakes.Merchandise showroom displays.Operate dealership computer systems and parts catalogues.Work safely within a busy warehouse and retail environment.Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.About YouWe're looking for someone with the right attitude—not necessarily the right experience.You'll be someone who:Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service.Has good communication skills.Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.Enjoys working as part of a team.Has good computer skills and is willing to learn new systems.Has an interest in vehicles, machinery, farming or mechanical equipment (advantageous but not essential).
Holds a current Australian Driver Licence (or is working towards obtaining one).
