By fostering attention to detail, strong communication, and organisational excellence, we aim to develop skilled professionals who drive seamless project execution and contribute to the growth and innovation of the industrial construction sector.What You'll Be DoingReview tender documents, subcontractor/supplier pricing,
and coordinate the tender process for sub-contract packagesPrepare scope of works, contracts, and purchasing schedules; negotiate pricing to secure the best commercial outcomeReview shop drawings and ensure works are well coordinated across tradesSupport the Project Manager with order meetings, drafting subcontract orders, and reference checksManage documentation flow, including shop drawings, correspondence, as-built drawings, and O&M; manuals, using systems such as Procore, Aconex or SOSAssist with client variations, progress claims, and budget reportingHelp manage the Head Contract, including notices of variation, EOTs, and progress claimsSupport site establishment (accommodation, temporary services, safety signage)Contribute to OH&S;, Quality Assurance, and Green Star compliance across the projectWhat You'll BringPrevious experience as a Contract Administrator within construction, engineering or industrial servicesStrong understanding of subcontractor procurement and contract administration processesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and solid organisational skillsExperience with construction management platforms (Procore, Aconex or similar)Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and site teamsJoin a growth-focused, values-driven business where your expertise makes a real impact.
