You will drive training, assess competency, and coach the leadership team to sustain improvements under Aged Care Quality Standards.You will partner with GMs and care home staff to develop PCI improvements, complete monthly audits, and ensure timely reporting of NQIP data.
A Bachelor of Nursing with APRA registration and postgraduate aged care qualifications are highly
