Electrical Technician/Nominee - Renewable & Hybrid Power SystemsCrewSELECT are seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to join a highly regarded WA business delivering installation, servicing and upgrade works across fuel systems, power generation and renewable energy solutions.This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering long-term career progression, excellent culture and the chance to work across cutting-edge energy and industrial systems throughout WA.About the RoleYou will be working across installation, servicing, breakdowns, upgrades and commissioning on a variety of industrial and renewable energy systems including:Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Hybrid fuel and renewable energy systemsGenerators and gensetsLighting towersFuel skids and hydrocarbon systemsSwitchboard assembly and modificationsCable tray installation and industrial electrical worksDuties will include site installations, servicing, breakdown fault finding, system upgrades and commissioning across workshop and field-based environments.What We're Looking ForWA A Grade Electrical LicenceIdeally someone with their nominees.Industrial electrical background essentialStrong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilityCurrent Driver's LicencePositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work autonomously and within a teamHighly RegardedBulk fuel industry experienceRenewable energy systems exposure (non-domestic)Experience with generators or hybrid power systemsNominee experience or willingness to progress into nominee responsibilitiesWhat's on OfferUp to $65/hr flat rate depending on experience - Room to move once probation has been completed.Fully maintained company vehiclePhone, iPad and laptop provided76-hour fortnight with flexible hoursOccasional regional travel with accommodation, meals and $120/day LAHA coveredPermanent full time role with strong job securityInternal promotion opportunities and genuine career progressionOpportunity to progress into a nominee role as part of succession planningWorkshop based in WangaraBenefits & CultureFamily-friendly business with outstanding employee retentionStrong safety-first cultureRegular team social eventsExtra day of leave each year$290 per annum wellbeing allowance for gym memberships, massages and wellness expenses4 weeks paid parental leave per parentLong‐term team environment with many employees celebrating *****+ years with the businessLocationIdeally suited to candidates located North of the River in Perth, however South of the River candidates willing to travel will also be considered.
