Working alongside hospitality and disability professionals, you'll help deliver great coffee, great food, and even greater opportunities.About The RoleYou will guide trainees in developing barista, food prep, and customer service skills—helping them grow personally and professionally on their journey toward employment and independence.Whether you're a qualified DSW or a hospitality professional looking to make a meaningful career shift, this is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a vibrant, inclusive café environment.This is a casual position, covering opening hours of 7.00am - 3.00pm.Skills,
