This position, under the direction of the relevant SeniorRegistered Nurse(s), practises as a Registered Nurse in keepingwith the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board RegistrationStandards and Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart; providescomprehensive evidence-based nursing care to patients as part of amultidisciplinary team; upholds and functions within the corevalues of the organisation and nursing values of Care, Respect,Innovation, Teamwork & Integrity.Additionally the position participates in cross campus SirCharles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) and Fiona Stanley Hospital(FSH) and on call duties at SCGH; undertakes clinical shifts at thedirection of senior staff including participation on theon-call/after hours/weekend roster when required; demonstratesrelevant clinical skills, experience and assistance in complexneuroangiography and neurointerventional procedures includingstroke rescue.Neurological Intervention & Imaging Service of WA (NIISwa) isthe statewide, cross-campus neurointerventional and advancedneuroimaging service of Western Australia.
