You will provide high-quality advice and recommendations to support investment decisions while ensuring contracts are effectively negotiated, administered, and managed.
This is not a procurement role.About the PersonYou are commercially minded with experience in banking, commercial lending, corporate finance, insolvency, or a similar financial environment.
You are confident reviewing financial statements, assessing business performance, and managing commercial contracts.
You possess excellent written communication skills and enjoy producing clear, well-supported reports and recommendations.




Previous government experience is advantageous but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse financial statements and business performance.Assess commercial and financial risks to support investment decisions.Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts.Prepare financial reviews, briefing papers, recommendations, and meeting minutes.Provide commercial advice to support strategic decision-making.Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure contractual obligations are appropriately managed and documented.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceExperience in banking, commercial lending, corporate finance, insolvency, or a related field.Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to assess business performance.Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving ability.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.Government experience is highly regarded but not essential.Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, accounting, business, law, or a related discipline are desirable.For more information, please contact Tammy Anderson on
