Purpose
As our newGroup Sales Executive, you are responsible for managing all group business enquiries from the initial enquiry through to final acceptance.
You will join a friendly and passionate team who take pride in building rapport with clients, generating revenue and converting business, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is given throughout the Accor Apartments & Realty group accommodation booking process.
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to new business enquiries through a variety of channels in a professional and timely manner;Produce and distribute client quotations and contracts as required, and conduct regular follow ups with the client to ensure conversion of the businessBuilding effective business relationships with key clients and travel agents through friendly customer serviceEstablishing a strong and trusted rapport with internal departments such as Sales , Revenue , Reservations and HotelsDeveloping and maintaining a high level of product knowledge across Accor Apartment & Realty's property portfolioManage all groups within the Accor systems with 100% accuracy and efficiencyComplete daily tasks
Skills & Experience
Hold a minimum of 2+ yearsof Sales experience,



ideally with experience within accommodation or travel (Preferable, though not essential).
Excellent customer service skills and phone manner with the ability to instantly establish a robust rapport with clients verbally.Exceptional attention to detailHave a friendly and professional mannerFast and accurate data entry.Well-developed written and verbal skills.Display a passion for problem solving skills and a willing approach to work well under pressureIntermediate; Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills are requiredKnowledge of Ivvy desirable yet not essentialALL Heartist Membership -Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
