As a skilled and experienced Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Windermere's Digital Transformation division by turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.Working to help shape and mature the Business Insights (BI) function, you will develop and maintain operational, financial and management reporting, build fit-for-purpose dashboards, and support teams to make confident, data-enabled decisions.This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to gather data and reporting requirements, translating technical findings into plain English, maintaining data documentation, supporting data quality and governance initiatives, and providing testing, training and user support for reporting solutions across Power BI, Excel, SQL and related data systems.This is a fixed term position to 30 June **** with possible extension, offered at ******* FTE, with the option of hybrid working in line with Windermere's Ways of Working.The salary will be $105,****** (Pro rata for part time).
As Windermere is a not-for-profit organisation, employees are able to claim everyday living expenses up to $15,900 against their annual Pre-Tax Salary.
