Supported And Empowered ThroughDedicated regional leadership and operational supportThe opportunity to influence educational practice across multiple servicesHarmony Academy professional learning and leadership developmentQuarterly off-site leadership forums and bi-monthly development sessionsA collaborative leadership team that values innovation and continuous improvementOpportunities to develop curriculum resources and contribute to organisation-wide projectsA culture built on trust, accountability and professional growth15% retention payment on top of Award75% childcare fee discountYour Impact as Quality ManagerIn This Role, You WillCoach, mentor and develop Educational Leaders, Centre Directors and educator teamsDrive curriculum excellence across multiple servicesLead quality improvement initiatives and support centres towards Exceeding outcomesConduct quality audits and provide practical coaching to strengthen educational practiceSupport centres in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality FrameworkLead professional learning, curriculum workshops and induction programsBuild strong partnerships with Centre Leadership Teams and OperationsDevelop educational resources and contribute to Harmony Academy contentSupport succession planning and educator developmentInspire reflective practice, innovation and continuous improvementEvery day presents the opportunity to influence practice, develop people and create better outcomes for children.About YouYou are an experienced educational leader who combines deep curriculum knowledge with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop others.You BringA Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalentCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) (desirable)Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position such as Educational Leader, Centre Director or Early Childhood TeacherExtensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF)
and National Quality Standard (NQS)Strong experience leading curriculum development, coaching educators and driving quality improvementOutstanding communication, mentoring and relationship-building skillsExperience facilitating professional learning and leading educational changeA current Working with Children Check/Blue CardCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualificationsCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel between servicesCompletion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko with a current Certificate of CompletionMost importantly, you are passionate about empowering educators, strengthening leadership capability and ensuring every child experiences high-quality early education.Why Harmony Early Education?
