Within this role you'll be responsible for:Executing the preventative maintenance program throughout the residential aged care homePerforming reactive repairs on items within the home as the need arisesManaging the coordination of external maintenance contractors as requiredWorking in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and proceduresTo be successful in this role you'll needA kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyTrade certificate or Cert IV in Maintenance/Building servicesStrong communication skills and a positive attitudeHands-on experience with building maintenance,
