Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.The RoleWe are looking for experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Dalkeith Gardens home, in Traralgon to 112 residents.Providing excellent, resident-focused care in relation to specialised nursing needs, such as management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain and medicationsMaintaining documentation; completing resident assessments, incident investigation and related care documentsOverseeing the administration of day-to-day tasks as relates to the provision of clinical care to achieve best resident outcomes and undertaking clinical monitoring of residents and escalating changes as requiredSpend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathyProvide guidance and support to the care team,



including Personal Care workers and Enrolled NursesAbout YouExperience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and respiration with AHPRA as a Division 1Good judgement and decision-making skills; able to respond quickly to issues and effectively resolveThe ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholdersAn understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administrationWhy Benetas?
