Sharing expertise across both teams will ensure our continued success and drive further growth and unlock our collective potential.About this PositionAs our Operations Manager, you'll lead warehouse and transport operations, ensuring the branch runs safely, efficiently, and delivers outstanding outcomes for customers.Leading the team, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, support your people, and help position the branch for future growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily warehouse, transport, and inventory operations.Ensure labour, stock, and fleet resources are planned effectively.Drive safety, compliance, HACCP, and continuous improvement initiatives.Build strong relationships across operations, transport, and customer-facing teams.Coach, develop, and support your team to achieve operational goals.Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.What We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will bring:Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, transport,
