You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across People and Culture, Compliance, Technology and the business to deliver an exceptional learning experience while maintain solid governance and audit standards.The Role at a GlanceOwn the LMS platforming including system configuration, audience rules, user access, permissions, notifications and testing of changes before releaseManage mandatory and compliance training through accurate set up, assignment, tracking and audit ready reportingInvestigate and resolve system issues by identifying root causes across LMS, user access, data and connected systemsDeliver meaningful reporting and support system enhancements and releasesPartner with senior stakeholders and vendors to manage content, support users,



maintain documentation and continuously improve the learning experienceAbout YouProven experience administering an enterprise LMS, ideally Percipio or a similar learning platformStrong technical knowledge of LMS configuration, SCORM/xAPI and system integrationsExperience managing compliance training records, reporting and audit requirementsA strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset with the ability to solve complex system issuesConfident partnering ability with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes and improve use experienceExperience working in a regulated environment (such as financial services or insurance) and exposure to learning content tools (e.g. Articulate Rise 360) will be highly regardedWorking at HollardAt Hollard, you'll discover an environment where you can truly make an impact.
