You'll ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for clients and their pets, from the moment they walk through our doors to the time they leave and beyond.

Please note that AES Cararra operates as an after-hours clinic, so full availability for weekends, public holidays, evenings, and early mornings is essential.What Your Day Looks LikeProviding exceptional care to clients and pets,



including triaging pets on arrival.Communicating updates about pets to clients and addressing their queries.Collaborating with the team regarding updates, patient needs, and financial details.Assisting clients with financial transactions and insurance claims.Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations.Performing administrative duties that support the clinic's operations.About YouProven customer service experience with a focus on empathy and professionalism.Resilient, quick-thinking, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.Veterinary industry experience or hospital experience (highly regarded).
Personal mode of transport (essential for shift work).
