We're seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes, on a casual basis.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.What you'll doSupporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all childrenBuilding positive relationships with children, families, and team membersSupporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of childrenContributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)What you'll bringA genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees valuesCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)Current - Working with Children Check for QLD.Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regardedFlexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to FridayWhy Busy Bees?
