We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Operations team and play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee payroll data.
Based in Huntingwood, this is a permanent full time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, deadlines and customer service matter.About the RoleThis role is heavily focused on payroll administration, high-volume data entry and data accuracy.
You'll be responsible for processing employee information, maintaining payroll records and ensuring all changes are entered correctly and on time within strict payroll deadlines.Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll manage payroll-related transactions, investigate discrepancies, maintain employee master data and provide support across the wider payroll function.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing new employee onboarding information and payroll setupMaintaining and updating employee master data recordsProcessing employee changes including remuneration updates, transfers and status changesReviewing and updating payroll-related requests and enquiriesEnsuring all payroll data is entered accurately and within agreed timeframesReconciling and validating data to maintain high levels of accuracyLiaising with stakeholders to resolve payroll data queriesSupporting payroll compliance activities and additional payroll administration tasks as requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys administrative work,
