Kool Beanz Academy, a beloved family-owned childcare centre, is searching for passionate and dedicated educators who truly value culture, community, and fostering a sense of belonging.We are looking for a Lead and an Assistant Educator either Certificate III or Diploma qualified or actively working towards obtaining a qualification to be a part of the Kool Beanz family.The RoleSupporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality StandardsAbout YouCertificate III / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification or working towards the qualification.Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.Paid working with children check (Blue Card).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
