We're looking for a capable and values-driven Manager to lead our Shared Living services in Wangaratta and help create safe, inclusive and person-centred homes where people can thrive.
This is a permanent full-time leadership chance based in Wangaratta.
Disability experience is valued, but not essential.

About the Role
As Manager, you'll lead a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality services across Shared Living homes in the Wangaratta region.
You'll play a key role in ensuring residents experience safe, empowering and person-centred support while leading your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role combines people leadership, operational management and service quality responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers
Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice
Partner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholders
Support positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices
Oversee workforce planning, rosters and service delivery
Manage budgets and financial performance
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and quality requirements
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
About You
You'll be a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about supporting people and developing teams.
You'll bring:
Experience leading and developing teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Experience managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
A commitment to inclusion, dignity and person-centred practice
Experience in disability, aged care, healthcare, community services or another people-focused sector is highly regarded
