**** am - **** pmDuties & Responsibilities include:Manage and lead a team of Security OfficersOverseeing the site-based control room and CCTV systemManage the client relationship on site and report up to regional managerAssess and mitigate risks on siteRespond to calls for assistance and respond to alarm eventsImplement effective strategies for engaging with persons of interestCommunicate effectively with all persons whilst on-dutyUse communication systems including portable two-way radiosProvide advice, directions and display a willingness to assist all persons whilst on-dutyPromote and maintain workplace health and safetyInput data on site/client systems, as required by site SOPsRecruit and train new employeesKey Selection Criteria:Valid Security Licence is a mustBasic First Aid and CPR certification is requiredSecurity supervisory or management experience preferredPrevious experience in a retail workplace (highly regarded)Reliable transportation (preferred).
