Louis Vuitton ANZ is seeking an Information Systems & Technology Manager to take ownership of the technology backbone that supports our stores, warehouse and office across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting into the Finance Director and working closely with stakeholders locally and across South Asia, you will be the trusted point of escalation, the architect of continuous improvement and the driving force behind key local projects.

Missions
Store, Warehouse & Office Support
Oversee daily IT operations across ANZ stores, warehouses and offices, ensuring service levels are consistently metPartner with external engineering teams to manage incidents and service requests with pace and precisionAct as the senior point of escalation for network and digital workplace issuesSupport store openings, relocations, closures and special projects with hands-on, on-site presenceChampion a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback and refining service delivery
IT Project Management
Lead the implementation of global, regional and local IT initiatives across the region, from new applications to store technology rolloutsCultivate strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing technical rigour with commercial acumenUphold the highest standards of security policy and privacy law compliance




Asset Management
Define and manage hardware and software upgrade strategies across ANZSafeguard Louis Vuitton's IT standards across every siteMonitor hardware lifecycles and manage renewal planningCoordinate device provisioning for new hires and recovery for leaversConduct regular site visits to audit infrastructure and maintain an accurate inventoryCoordinate external vendors and service providers to guarantee timely, high-quality support and project deliveryMonitor vendor performance and lead escalation resolutionContribute to vendor reviews, contract renewals and service improvement initiatives
Budget & Cost Optimisation
Support budget tracking, forecasting and renewal planning across hardware, software, telecom and servicesIdentify opportunities to optimise cost without compromising service qualityPartner with Finance, Procurement and Central IT teams to align spend with business priorities
Profil
A degree in a related discipline preferredExtensive network and end-user computing expertise, ideally gained within a luxury or premium retail environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at every levelA solutions-driven mindset, thriving in a quick-paced, high-expectation environmentProven business partnering skills and the leadership capacity to drive performance across a team of external contractorsAn agile, proactive approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results independently and collaborativelyWillingness to travel regularly across ANZ locations (including QLD, VIC, NSW, WA, SA + NZ)
