Driven by sales targets and KPI's and a natural people leader, you will have the skills to win big on all levels.
As the face of the store, you'll bring the energy, drive the atmosphere and lead a passionate team in delivering real impact every day.
You will oversee the day-to-day retail operations and ensure the store runs efficiently from Tuesday to Saturday.Your ResponsibilityLead, grow and develop a team of paid employees and volunteersEnsure extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every timeEmbed exceptional operational and visual merchandise standardsMeet and exceed sales and KPI performance of the storeChampion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing,
