As a Shift Leader at GYG, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, leading from the front, and creating a positive environment for both team members and customers.
What You'll Be Doing:Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handlingEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygieneProvide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any customer concerns or complaintsTrain and mentor new team members,
