Behind-the-scenes, agency life, founder-facing content.
The stuff that shows people who we actually are.The eCommerce Australia Podcast.
Filming episodes, chopping them into clips people actually stop scrolling for, growing the show.Client Content.
Working directly with our eCommerce clients (yes, plural, and yes, they're a mixed bag of brilliant) to make video that sells product and builds brand.This isn't a "set up the camera and hit record" job.
You'll be shaping the story, not just capturing it.

start to finishShooting and editing vlogs and video series content that actually sounds like usWorking directly with clients to plan, shoot, and deliver video that fits their brandCutting long-form into short-form that earns the scroll-stop (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)Running your own shoot schedule across internal and client work without someone holding your handBringing your own ideas to the table, because we didn't hire you to point a camera where we tell you toKeeping gear, footage, and files organised, because chaos doesn't cut a good videoWhat We're Looking ForReal experience as a videographer, video editor, or content creator, with a portfolio or showreel to prove it (this is non-negotiable, send us your best work)Comfortable running solo shoots (camera, audio, lighting) and just as comfortable collaboratingSkilled in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similarAn instinct for what makes people stop scrolling, not just what looks niceHappy moving between environments: a podcast studio one day, a client's warehouse the next, our office the day afterSelf-managing.
