This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working towards goals and taking ownership of their work.About the RoleWe are looking for a sales-driven Future Student Advisor to join our Student Recruitment team in Surry Hills.
This is a high-volume, phone-based, consultative sales role where you will guide prospective students from enquiry through to enrolment.
You will manage a large pipeline, qualify applicants against entry requirements, and convert suitable prospects into enrolled students.
You will be speaking with warm leads, not cold calls.
Your job is to ask the right questions,



have meaningful conversations, provide clear guidance, manage objections, and move people forward.Why Join TorrensHybrid work model with 3 days on campus and 2 days from homeUncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of $105,000, with top performers earning upwards of $160,000Hot leads provided daily with no cold calling.Comprehensive training and onboarding.Transparent processes, CRM support, and defined KPIsHigh-growth organisation with genuine internal progressionValues-led, B Corp-certified universityWhat you'll Be DoingManage the end-to-end student journey from enquiry to enrolmentConvert warm leads using a consultative, outcomes-focused sales approachConduct high-volume phone, SMS, and email engagement dailyAssess applicant eligibility against published entry criteriaProgress qualified applicants through to enrolment and commencementMaintain accurate, compliant records in Salesforce CRMParticipate in Open Days, campus tours, and information sessionsCollaborate with admissions, onboarding, and support teams to remove blockersWhat We're Looking ForProven ability to follow structured processes and work within defined guidelinesConfident, professional phone presence with strong listening and rapport-building skillsSelf-driven and accountable, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionClear and confident verbal communication skills,



particularly in a phone-based environmentExperience using CRM systems such as SalesforceComfortable working across CRM platforms and standard business systems, including Word and ExcelRole OverviewFuture Student AdvisorLocation: Surry Hills, Sydney, Brisbane, MelbourneEmployment Type: Full-time, permanentWork Model: Hybrid - 3 days on campus, 2 days WFHSalary: Up to $75K base + super + uncapped commissionOTE: Approximately $105K (top performers earn more)Additional InformationWe are a **** Circle Back Initiative Employer and commit to respond to every applicant.
