From shoring and structural propping through to sheet piling, dewatering and water treatment, we provide end-to-end solutions that help our customers get the job done safely and efficiently.As an Operations Supervisor, you'll use your construction leadership experience to plan, coordinate and lead site teams installing temporary works solutions, including ground support systems and structural propping.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the key Coates representative on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.Based from our Kingston branch, this permanent chance comes with a competitive salary, vehicle, and ongoing training and development.
Some regional travel will be required as part of the role.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supervising installation crews across a range of temporary works and structural support projectsDemonstrating and promoting a strong Safety First culture across all worksites and customer interactionsPlanning, coordinating and executing installations in accordance with engineering designs, methodologies and safety requirementsPreparing construction methodologies and ensuring compliance with Coates policies and relevant industry standardsReading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure installations are completed accuratelySupervising subcontractors and managing site activities to achieve quality, productivity and project deadlinesBuilding and developing a high-performing installation and rigging team through clear direction and leadershipWorking closely with branches to coordinate labour, plant and equipment requirementsMaintaining strong relationships with customers,
