The brand is expanding into new international markets and looking to bring more experience and structure into the buying department without losing what makes the business tick.They're looking for aBuyer to join the team,based out of their office on the Sunshine Coast, working closely alongside the Ecommerce Manager and a group of assistant buyers to help take the business to the next level.
You'llloveGetting real face time with the founder, you'll get to learn directly from someone who has built this business from the ground upA monthly RDO to catch up on life, see the people you love or just switch offA generous staff discount on product, which makes building your own wardrobe out of the very range you're buying into one of the nicer perks of the jobJoining at a genuinely exciting point in the business's journey, with recent markets opening up and real investment going into the team around youBuying support across every category.Rather than owning one category in isolation, you'll be working across the whole range,



partnering closely with a team of assistant buyers to help build their buying skills alongside your own workRepeat buying and day to day ordering.You'll take real ownership of this from early on,working with the business's established supplier relationships to keep stock flowing and the range feeling freshDaily visibility on sales and product performance.
You'll stay on top of what's selling well, what's not, what's coming up next by season, and using that to help protect margin and keep stock from sitting around too longA path into new buying.As trust builds and the founder gets to see how you think about product, you'll start to pick up more of the new buying work she currently handles herself, bringing your outside experience in gradually rather than all at onceSmart calls on stock and space.You'll bring a good commercial eye to how the warehouse and product mix work together, which is a genuinely satisfying part of the role once you get a feel for itYou've worked as a buyer in a fast fashion ecommerce business - experience buying directly from factories is a real bonusExperience working in Shopify, Style Arcade and Inventory Planner or similar.You're commercially minded when it comes to stock and space, and you enjoy the puzzle of getting the balance rightYou take real pride in getting to know a product range inside and out, down to the small details that make a difference to how it performsYou're warm, easygoing and adaptable, someone who's happy building your own rhythm in a business that runs on energy and heart as much as process
