This is a senior execution role where you'll work closely with our founders to develop creative concepts, produce and publish engaging content, manage our social media channels, oversee affiliate marketing, coordinate brand partnerships and contribute to paid advertising across Meta and TikTok.You'll be part of a small, ambitious team where no two days are the same.
One day you might be planning a product launch, the next you're filming behind-the-scenes content, working with creators, analysing campaign performance or bringing the next viral idea to life.If you're proactive, creative, obsessed with social media, comfortable using AI as part of your workflow and love working in a fast-moving business where your work has a direct impact on growth, this is an opportunity to build something truly special.What you'll own:Content strategy: develop angles, hooks and concepts across the brand for the co-founders to create and produceContent editing and posting: edit and publish across all channels, on scheduleSocial media management: run our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook day to dayAffiliate management: recruit, brief and manage affiliates (including creators with large followings), track performance via unique links, and stay across platform shifts that affect the program (such as Instagram's affiliate tagging updates)USA launch: set up,
