As Platform Lead, you'll work closely with the Salesforce leadership team to keep the Salesforce platform running smoothly, support a team of talented specialists and create scalable ways of working as the business continues to grow.
You'll be a trusted leader, problem solver and partner to both Salesforce technology and business stakeholders, balancing operational excellence with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll DoLead day to day platform operations, ensuring services remain stable, secure, reliable and well supported across a complex Salesforce technology environmentSupport and guide a multidisciplinary team, creating clarity, accountability, consistency and a positive culture that helps people perform at their best.Act as a key escalation point for platform issues, technical risks and challenges, helping teams navigate problems and deliver effective solutions.Drive improvements across processes, workflows, service standards and platform performance, including the use of AI to simplify work, lift efficiency and enhance customer and stakeholder experiencesPartner with technology and business stakeholders to manage priorities, communicate progress and support successful delivery outcomes.Collaborate with agile teams to remove impediments,



improve ways of working and strengthen delivery capability across the platform.What You'll BringExperience leading or supporting teams within SaaS technology platform environments.Solid people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.Experience managing platform techical risks, day to day operational challenges, competing priorities whilst remaining hands-on.Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, partners and suppliers.Experience improving processes, service standards and team effectiveness.A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with a focus on delivering outcomes together.Experience working with technology vendors and partners to deliver operational outcomesWhat We OfferBoosted superannuation with 13% as standard.20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what's important to you).
