We are committed to creating and maintaining a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve, and an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued, respected and connected.The RoleInvestigating less complex WHS Authorisation (HRWL accredited assessor) breaches and provide assistance with complex investigations.Conducting High Risk Work Licence accredited assessor compliance activities and take enforcement action when WHS Authorisation (HRWL accredited assessor) are breached.Contributing to preparing (for internal and external audiences) complex reports,



briefing notes and ministerial.Contributing to preparing documents and reports in relation to WHS Authorisations (HRWL accredited assessor) and WHS Legislation.Identifying and making recommendations for continuous improvement in the assessment process, facilitating implementation of good practiceQualifications & LicensesDiploma or higher work health and safety qualification or equivalent relevant WHS experience.Current Western Australian C or C-A class drivers licence or equivalentBenefits working for LGIRSFlexible working hours (with a standard 37.5 hour week)Flexible working arrangements (from home, the field and office)20 days of annual leave per year (which can be taken at half pay)17.5% leave loading paid annually on accrued annual leave15 days personal leave per year13 weeks long service leave every seven years (which can be taken at half pay)18 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months of service)public holidays in lieu per year5 days reproductive leave per year10 days disability leave per year5 days cultural leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people per yearAbility to purchase additional annual leaveOpportunities for career development, acting, shadowing and mentoringFormal training optionsStable work, job security, fair remuneration and 12% superannuation contributionsApplications close at 4pm on Monday, 24 August **** (WST)
