You bring enough design capability to contribute when needed, helping the teammaintainmomentum without compromising quality.What you will be doing:Own workflow and triage, assess incoming briefs in Wrike, clarify scope, andprioritisewhat matters mostPlan capacity with intent,allocatingwork based on skill,bandwidthand strategic priorityOrchestrate delivery, runningpipeline conversations, resolvingbottlenecks, andkeepprojects movingManage stakeholders, communicate timelines, trade-offs and risks with clarity and confidenceOptimisehow we work, refine processes, improve systems, and remove friction from deliveryProtect quality,
ensure all work moves through the right checkpoints before reaching clientsWhat you will bring to the role:You might be a designer ready to step into coordination, or a Traffic or Project Manager with strong creative fluency.You understand the reality of immovable event deadlines and thrive in environments where pace and precision matter.Either way, you understand how creative work really happens.Demonstratedbackground in graphic design(ideally6+ years), with the ability to speak the language of creativesExperience in traffic,workflowor project coordination(ideally4+ years)within a fast-paced environmentAbility to balancehigh standardswith high care, for the work and the people doing itConfidence in having honest conversations about capacity and prioritiesand trade-offsStrong problem-solving instincts, with the ability toidentifyand resolve issues earlyHighlyorganised, proactive, and focused on making things run wellAbility to collaborate effectively with both creatively and commercially focused stakeholdersWhat's in it for you?
