We have an exciting opportunity for 2 experienced shift supervisors (one on day shift and one on afternoon shift) to join the team at our manufacturing site in Revesby, NSW.The key focus of the Shift Supervisor roles will be:Lead and coordinate the production activities of the site to achieve the most effective outcome in support of the business objectivesManage teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environmentOversee the production planning process to meet customer requirements and to optimize production efficienciesEnsuring that SOPs are being followed through regular checksMaintain a visible presence on the floor to ensure accessibility by employees, and provide a satisfactory level of supervisionEnsure an open,
