Reporting to the IT Service Desk State Lead (VIC), you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our teams can effectively use technology to support residents and deliver outstanding care.
This is a hands-on role that will see you supporting both our Head Office in Cheltenham and our aged care homes across Victoria, including Clyde and Wallan and occasional interstate travel may be required, once per quarter.

You'll typically spend three days each week visiting our residential aged care homes and two days at our Head Office in Cheltenham.
If you enjoy variety and working across different locations, this role offers a great mix of onsite support and team collaboration.
All work-related travel will be reimbursed in line with company policy.
What you will be doing:




Provide Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot user issuesDeliver onsite support across aged care facilities and head office (3 days onsite 2 days head office) plus travel once a quarter interstate if requiredDeploy and maintain devices, peripherals and IT assetsSupport Microsoft 365 applications and user accountsManage employee onboarding, device setup and offboardingEscalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements
What you will bring;
Prior experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop SupportExperience supporting Windows ***** environmentsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 applicationsExperience configuring and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printersUnderstanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 administrationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsCurrent Victorian Driver's Licence & reliable carWillingness to travel between facilities, head office and interstateValid right to Work in AustraliaCurrent National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
Qualifications
Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
