We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Administration & Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly Operations Team in Bundaberg.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, planning and working with customers.
While logistics experience is an advantage, it is not essential.
If you're highly organised, enjoy coordinating multiple tasks and have strong communication skills, we'll provide training in our logistics and scheduling systems.About the roleYou'll play an significant role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service by coordinating orders, scheduling deliveries and supporting our production team.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating customer deliveries and scheduling transportKeeping customers informed about delivery timeframesAssisting with production planning and schedulingLiaising with customers,
transport providers and internal teamsMaintaining delivery schedules and administration recordsMonitoring workloads and helping ensure production and delivery capacity is managed effectivelyResolving customer enquiries and coordinating practical solutionsProviding general administration support to the Operations TeamAbout YouYou don't need extensive logistics experience to succeed in this role.
