As a Shift Leader at GYG , you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences.Your role will include:Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shiftChampion a "customer-first" mindset by delivering standout service to both current faces and regular guestsMaintaining high quality food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock controlBe a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe our values, policies and proceduresCommunicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone alignedBe hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable storeOversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoicesWe appreciate diverse experience, but specifically,
