you will:Manage all aspects of site operations from establishment through to practical completion and defect rectificationLead site safety and ensure full compliance with WHS legislation and company standardsMaintain a thorough understanding of project scope, programme and contractual requirementsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnelWork closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure programme, quality and commercial outcomes are achievedMaintain accurate site records, reporting and project documentationManage defect identification and close-outLead toolbox talks and foster a strong safety-first cultureDrive programme outcomes while maintaining high-quality workmanshipWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience delivering VSBA projects valued at $10M+ is highly desirableProven experience as a Site Manager with a commercial head contractorStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teamsRelevant trade qualifications, licences and safety certificationsProficiency in Procore, HammerTech and Microsoft OfficeExcellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skillsA proactive attitude with a commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvementIf you're looking to join a business where your expertise is valued and you'll have the opportunity to deliver meaningful projects while continuing to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.Note to recruitment agencies: INTREC partners with preferred suppliers and does not accept unsolicited resumes.
