We're expanding and seeking a skilled Solution Architect with strong experience in Agentic AI capabilities, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate. Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead the end‐to‐end architecture of Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous workflows, reasoning models, and AI‐driven orchestration.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, custom copilots, plugins, and extensibility patterns.
- Architect intelligent workflows using Power Automate, AI actions, and multi‐step agentic behaviours.
- Define solution blueprints integrating AI models, data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable architectural designs.
- Oversee implementation teams, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Establish governance, architecture standards, and best practices for AI and Power Platform adoption.
- Conduct technical assessments, solution reviews, and ongoing platform optimisation.

Requirements





- Active Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering AI, automation, or cloud‐based solutions.
- Hands‐on expertise with:
- Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous systems, or AI‐driven reasoning/orchestration patterns
- Azure AI Foundry and generative AI model integration
- Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, skills, plugins, custom actions)
- Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
- Strong understanding of API integration, secure data flows, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience designing cloud‐native solutions using Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Cognitive Services).
- Ability to create solution architecture documents, diagrams, and design artifacts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to operate in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
