What You'll Do
- Diagnose enterprise clients' toughest operational problems and translate them into clear technical KPIs.
- Turn ambiguous requirements into robust engineering designs and execution plans.
- Build and integrate production AI agents directly on top of clients' legacy infrastructure.
- Own the full lifecycle — from problem definition to launch and optimization.
- Drive live-environment reliability, latency, and performance.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering — you prove it by building, not talking.
- Robust track record in technical problem-solving, from coding to architecture.
- A business translator who can scope solutions with sales and product teams.
- High-agency: you set direction and drive decisions through ambiguity.
